Mrs Darroux, 1st Grade
She has always been active in worship service, youth ministry and AWANA (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) ministries she dedicated her time to building a lasting relationship with God through service in Christ. Having had life-changing teachers in her own life, her passion for teaching and development of children grew after completing high-school, which has led her to pursue a career and degrees in primary education.
For the last 10 years she has settled into a new church family and regularly serves wherever the need is at the time. Over the past years she has been committed to strengthening her relationship with God and others. Carlea currently serves her community by leading an athletics club and a community outreach program. She loves music, gardening and creating graphic designs. Although it has been a tough road she
finds comfort in the word of God. Her favorite verses guide her decisions and have been a major part in building her character and persevering through the trials and tribulations
of life:
(1 John 4:7-8) “Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God and everyone that loves is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not, knoweth not God for God is love.”
(2 Corinthians 12:10) “ Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.”
